Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unused, clean, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as special orders or personalized products, cannot be returned. If you have questions about your specific item, contact us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with our regular return policy, the item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

If you cancel within 14 days, we will refund your order, including the original shipping cost. However, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund you automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional processing time.
